This week my tasks consisted of doing home projects type throughout the facility. Projects such as hanging up shower hooks in the locker rooms, putting together shelving in the storage closet, picking up equipment from the hardware stores, and all other errands deemed necessary by my supervisor. This was a real easy week compared to last week’s tasks of setting up the track facility.  The first couples of days flew by and by Wednesday majority of my tasks were complete done.  So the rest of this week I pretty much just stuck by my event coach and just ask questions about what I should do if I want to start coaching track and field athletes. From that conversation what I took in the most was that gain as much as experience first-hand as you can, attend coach seminars/track conventions, apply for a Graduate position in the sport you want to coach, and volunteer at local meets.   So in all, this week was short (work wise) but I gained some helpful tips in regards to becoming a coach.
